Join this team as an Electrical Controls Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge electrical control systems for automated production lines.

As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to create systems that not only meet industry standards but also exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include designing control panels, programming PLCs, HMIs, and servos, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply electrical engineering principles to design functional and cost-effective control systems.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to understand project objectives.
  • Utilize CAD software for engineering tasks.
  • Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met during assembly and installation.
  • Troubleshoot and debug machine systems as needed.
  • Provide technical support to field service technicians and customers.
  • Develop preventative maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 6 years of practical experience in electrical design or application engineering.
  • Familiarity with UL, NEMA, and CE codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical design software.
  • Knowledge of electrical design standards, PLC logic, servo motors, and power distribution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible, dedicated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
