We seek a skilled and entrepreneurially minded Cloud Software Engineer, responsible for managing cloud-based solutions for our client's equipment and its customer's facilities. Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
Location: Phoenix/ Gr. Phoenix, Arizona (pre-requisite to the role is being able to be with the digital and tech team once/ twice a week when needed on a project-by-project basis)
Working Structure: Hybrid (home & site-based) with less than 10% travel
Only candidates with Ignition core certification and 12 months minimum experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases should apply for this position.
The role
The Cloud Software Engineer will bring our client's game-changing solutions to life. You’ll implement and manage cloud-based applications and services, ensuring access and availability of data while maintaining security.
You’ll work with dynamic team members (many of whom we have placed into their roles!) to collaborate on our clients' aspirational roadmap and execute to achieve strategic goals.
Digital technologies that you will develop will connect equipment data to the cloud, ultimately delivering business insights to our client's strategic customers, and driving operational strategy in their factories.

- Located in the greater Phoenix, AZ area and able to meet in person in a hybrid work model - not always, but the ability to quickly gather together is important
- Ignition core certification with 1+ years of experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying applications
- 1+ years of experience managing cloud-based technologies and services
- Microsoft certification in two or more of the following:
- Azure Fundamentals
- Azure Administrator Associate
- Azure Database Administrator Associate
- Azure Security Engineer Associate
- 1+ years of experience with PostgreSQL or similar database
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strongly preferred but not required:
- 1+ years of experience in operations or engineering in the consumer product goods/food and beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Ignition gold certification (databases and scripting) is beneficial
- Proficiency in Python, CSS3, and HTML5
- Microsoft certification in Azure Power BI Data Analyst Associate
