The Role: Regulatory Compliance Manager
Are you a Regulatory Compliance expert looking for a meaningful role? We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure our activities align with regulatory requirements. As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will collaborate with various functions to maintain our high standards of compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Function Product Stewardship and Commercial Divisions for information exchange.
- Coordinate consultants for registrations in the North American area (EPA, FDA).
- Support product labeling and raw material import programs.
- Provide regulatory and technical advice for complex regulatory and scientific matters.
- Assist with special regulatory issues and identify emerging concerns in the North American area.
- Coordinate and manage projects with external partners and legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, conduct audits, and manage internal ISO audits.
- Support environmental permitting and compliance with EHS.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Career Experience: 4+ years, with a focus on EPA, FDA, and OSHA regulations
- Technical Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food safety, toxicology, or related discipline
- Experience in chemical manufacturing and import requirements regulated by US EPA’s TSCA is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and autonomous working ability.
