Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

What will you bring to the table?
- You’ll be an experienced PLC Programmer with a passion for innovation and design.
- Familiarity with Siemens S7-1200 software is a must.
- Experience in packaging automation is a huge bonus.
- Electrical panel wiring and electrical drawings will be a walk in the park for you.
- You’re someone who faces challenging situations with a can-do attitude.
- You’ll be a strong communicator who’s able to turn stakeholders and customers into raving fans!
Key Responsibilities:
- Design low-voltage electrical circuits and control panels using Autocad/Ecad.
- Create electrical panel layouts in Autocad.
- Prepare technical documentation for clients and our electricians.
- Write and modify operating software for machine control, focusing on PLC-based programs, primarily Siemens S7-1200.
- Install software on new machines.
- Conduct software testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support for customer machines in the field.
- Analyze costings for electrical and software components where applicable.
- Collaborate with team members, including R&D, to address and rectify any issues.
