Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE + Full Healthcare, Insurance and 401k Benefits.
Location: Hybrid with 2/3 days in Phoenix, AZ. There is no relocation assistance for this position.

The Role and Your Impact

As a Software Engineer, you'll work alongside our VP of Digital to bring our clients' game-changing solutions to life. You’ll work with a dynamic team of engineers to lead the development of digital technologies that connect our client's equipment and customers' facilities to the cloud.

You'll build capabilities that enable frontline workers to get up to speed faster while delivering business insights to our customers. Your ability to speak to both shop floor workers and senior leaders will be crucial as you roll out manufacturing solutions and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth implementation and maximum results.

We're looking for a highly adaptive, fast-paced individual with a background in software and familiarity with manufacturing and engineering, preferably within the CPG sector. You'll have experience working with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams, making you an invaluable asset in the plant environment. Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple streams of activity will be essential.

The Basics

  • Need a highly adaptive and fast-paced individual, experienced in Python and HTML5
  • Ability to manage separate streams of activity and prioritize tasks within active projects to meet critical path deadlines
  • Background in engineering within a manufacturing business, preferably within the food and beverage or CPG industry.
  • Team player, interfacing with everyone on the team
  • Tech-friendly facilitator, able to understand customer requirements and communicate technical specifications about software capabilities and cloud infrastructure to a wide audience
  • Troubleshoot and support customer issues when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer software or related field
  • 2+ years' of industry experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
