- Leading risk management across the organization. You'll set up the right controls and ensure everyone's on board.
- Being our financial point of contact for reporting, audits, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Getting your hands on analytics and product costing.
- Designing SOPs that keep us growing and keep us in control.
- Managing cash distribution and keeping a close eye on banking and treasury activities.
- Overseeing purchasing, working capital, payroll, and benefit plans.
- Being our inventory management guru, making sure we're in control.
- Taking care of all things Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and making sure we're ready for anything.
- Keeping an eye on the big stuff, like fixed assets inventory.
- Guiding us to company performance and growth, shaping our strategic financial objectives, and driving new development initiatives.
- Managing relationships with banks and external consultants.
- Playing a key role in our financial growth journey, identifying new funding opportunities, and making sure our budgets make sense.
- Overseeing budgeting and strategic forecasts, and holding our team accountable for their performance.
- Giving a hand in our compliance and taxation efforts.
- Training and developing our finance staff, making sure they're up to speed on financial management matters.
